What production status still requires
An independently hosted status provider/domain, managed telemetry and alerting, named incident owners, component/SLO definitions, subscriber communications, privacy review, maintenance/incident history, and staged failure exercises.
The instance-local /api/health and /api/ready endpoints are operator probes. They are not public availability evidence.
